Our client is a leading global asset management business undergoing a significant operational transformation. With a focus on creating a scalable, data-driven operating model, the organisation is investing heavily in automation, AI capabilities and operational excellence across its investment management platform. This role is Sydney-based and offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within the Operations function.

This position is a Manager of Investment and Fund Operations and the role is responsible for leading day-to-day operational delivery, managing BAU priorities and incidents, and driving continuous improvement across a complex funds management setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day Fund and Investment Operations activities, ensuring service delivery, operational controls and key deadlines are met.
- Act as the operational 2IC to the Senior Manager, managing BAU priorities, first-line incident management and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee fund operations activities including NAV oversight, fund tax, distributions, performance fees, reconciliations and exception management.
- Manage relationships with custodians, fund administrators and key internal stakeholders across Investments, Product, Risk and Compliance.
- Drive process improvement, automation and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and control effectiveness.
- Develop team capability through coaching,



cross-training and strong operational leadership.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience within Fund Administration and Fund Operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of NAV oversight, fund tax, distributions, performance fees and operational controls.
- Previous people leadership experience with the ability to manage operational delivery and incident resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to automation, transformation or change initiatives within investment and fund operations.
- Experience with Aladdin is highly regarded.
