The Role:

Working alongside experienced WHSE professionals and project teams, you'll gain practical exposure to site operations, compliance requirements, workforce engagement and safety systems, while following a structured development pathway towards a WHSE Coordinator position.

- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of RCC's WHSE systems and processes.
- Assisting with workforce onboarding, site inductions and safety documentation.
- Coordinating administrative activities relating to project safety compliance.
- Supporting inspections,



audits and routine site safety activities.
- Assisting with incident reporting and maintaining safety records.
- Monitoring and escalating hazards, incidents, compliance issues and system concerns to senior WHSE team members.
- Working closely with project teams to promote a positive safety culture across site operations.
- Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the WHSE team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or in progress)
- ICAM or similar incident investigation training (in progress or willing to obtain)
- Provide Basic First Aid (in progress or willing to obtain)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
- Willing to learn from experienced professionals and take on new challenges.
