Our client is an award-winning modern, progressive, vibrant +close-knit plaintiff personal injury law firm that is undergoing continuous exponential GROWTH particularly in their Total Permanent Disablement/Superannuation practice.

YOUR ROLE

As a KEY member of this winning Superannuation Insurance Claims division focusing on Total & Permanent Disablement/Income Protection,you will love the CHALLENGE+ immense SATISFACTION of helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies.

You will be the RIGHT-HAND to a top senior TPD/SUPER/INSURANCE Lawyer assisting with the running of high-end complex stimulating and interesting cases and managing some of your own less complex files . You will get hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience including:

- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are a SOLICITOR with MINIMUM 24 months’ (OR MORE) TPD/super experience in either private practice and/or in-house working for an insurer;
- have solid knowledge of procedures/practices involved in the ‘life cycle’ of a TPD claim from start to finish;
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
- are proactive+have a keen interest in TPD/super (essential);
- have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
- are ambitious+ hungry to accelerate your career and be mentored by top senior lawyers who will help you succeed.
