YOUR ROLE
In this PIVOTAL highly autonomous role being mentored by an outstanding PARTNER with a flourishing busy DIVERSE personal injury practice, you will relish the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of making a positive impact+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation/work injury damages, CTP and civil liability claims.
You will be at the ‘front line’ managing your own files and liaising directly with clients/doctors/insurers/solicitors.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are admitted as a solicitor in NSW+ have MINIMUM 2 years (up to associate level) years personal injury law experience (including plaintiff experience-essential);
- have had experience in workers compensation (essential) PLUS preferably any 1 or MORE of: CTP, work injury damages and civil liability;
- have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own personal injury law files (including workers compensation files) from start to finish;
- have solid technical legal knowledge of relevant legislation+research/drafting+ advocacy skills;
- are extremely astute+ client/results-driven+ proactive and have proven your ability to take full-ownership of/responsibility for your role;
- thrive in a busy vibrant dead-line driven environment;
