In this pivotal role,reporting to2 outstanding senior partners, you will relish the challenge+ diversity and rewards acting for sophisticated clients in respect of their corporate/commercial legal affairs.

Eg Business/commercial agreements, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, franchising, capital raisings, Corporations Act advice, partnerships/joint ventures, consumer law/trade practices, insolvency, tax, trusts, financial services.
