- are a property lawyer with minimum 4+ years’ PAE experience (up to Senior Associate level) in high-end property projects/development experience;

YOUR CURRENT ROLE

In this KEY senior leadership role reporting up to 3 of the firm’s senior Partners, you will relish the challenge+rewards of your multi-faceted role:

- taking full ownership and managing your own clients+ property law practice (acquisitions/disposals of commercial/industrial/retail properties and large-scale residential properties; subdivisions/development advice; joint ventures; property planning &due; diligence; overseeing leasing work done by junior commercial lawyers; property related financing+ tax advice-CGT, stamp duty);




- mentoring+ being a role model to junior lawyers;
- contributing to the firm’s strategic growth/business development initiatives.
