YOUR ROLE

As a KEY lawyer, reporting to theTeam Leader Senior Solicitor+ being part of a vibrant 'A' class winning team, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do justice for your plaintiff clients for their personal injury claims including: workers compensation/work injury damages (predominantly)+a few other areas (if you desire) eg CTP, public liability, medical negligence, TPD, child sexual abuse.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
