YOUR ROLE

As one of the KEY senior lawyers reporting to 2 top-notch Partners with enviable successfulbusy practices, you will love the VARIETY+AUTONOMY+SATISFACTION advising on stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial + property law matters including:

- Sale/purchase of property+ subdivisions/developments;
- Leases/licences;
- Sale/purchase of business/shares+ M&As;
- Business structuring/corporate governance/Corporations Act;
- Commercial contracts;
- Employment law;
- Franchising;
- Intellectual property;
- Trusts/Estate Planning/Wills.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have 4-10+ years PAE experience (up to senior associate level) in commercial law AND property law (essential)+ preferably in wills/estates and/or family law;
- have outstanding communication, research, negotiation and client management skills;
- are practical, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
