YOUR ROLE

Being mentored by a top Property Partner (and property developer) you will love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own property practice +managing your clients whilst also leading/mentoring a small property team (conveyancers /paralegals/junior lawyers).

Key areas include: 1) conveyancing [mainly off-the-plan developments acting for high end developers]; 2) commercial/retail leases; 3) interesting non-conveyancing property/commercial work eg due diligence, development/construction/local govt/strata matters.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- have 3-10+ years property law experience including solid off-the-plan conveyancing experience acting for vendors/developers [essential] AND commercial property (preferable);
- have a proven success record of running your own files from beginning to end with minimal supervision;
- are super organised, can handle high volume of files [minimum 50+ files], are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills;
- are ambitious, committed to excellence in all that you do+ have high attention to detail;
- are willing and able to commit LONG-TERM.
