The role & responsibilities
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the leadership of a multimillion-dollar business and driving financial sales goals and KPIs
Bringing the Hype DC brand vision and strategy to life every day




Putting our customer at the centre of every decision and delivering MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time
Creating a people-first culture by empowering, coaching and developing your team
Providing regular coaching, support and feedback to drive performance and results
Supporting recruitment, selection and onboarding of new team members
Delivering a seamless omni-channel experience through the preparation and fulfilment of online orders
Ensuring your store is best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence
Maintaining an environment that is fun, energetic and safe for both customers and team members
Working closely with your Store Manager and Area Manager to identify opportunities and accelerate business growth
