Regional Sales Manager – Interventional Cardiology
Sydney | Lead two Territory Managers | Starting base salary of $140,000

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced interventional medical device sales professional to join an established specialist organisation as Regional Sales Manager.

Operating across Australia and New Zealand for more than 20 years, the company supplies innovative medical technologies across coronary and peripheral intervention, neurointervention and interventional radiology.

It works closely with public and private hospitals to support clinicians performing complex interventional procedures.

With numerous new products in the pipeline, the business is looking for a commercially driven and energetic sales leader who can accelerate portfolio growth while leading two Territory Managers.

The opportunity

- Lead, coach and develop two Territory Managers
- Take ownership of regional sales performance, strategy and execution
- Drive growth across the coronary and broader interventional portfolio
- Develop senior relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular specialists, radiologists, cath lab teams and hospital stakeholders
- Remain actively involved in strategic accounts and new-business development
- Support the introduction and commercialisation of new products
- Set objectives, monitor performance and support the team in achieving sales targets
- Manage forecasting, market intelligence and territory planning




- Work closely with senior leadership on continued portfolio and business growth

About you To be considered, you must have:

- At least six years of medical device sales experience within the coronary cath lab market
- Additional sales experience within either peripheral vascular or interventional radiology devices
- Strong relationships across relevant specialist, clinical and hospital networks
- Demonstrated success growing territories and converting new business
- Previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience
- Strong commercial, forecasting and strategic account-management capability
- The energy and adaptability to support a significant pipeline of current-product launches
- A hands-on leadership style, balancing team management with direct customer engagement

Remuneration

- Starting base salary: $140,000
- Vehicle option one: $16,900 car allowance plus superannuation and business fuel
- Vehicle option two: $20,000 EV allowance plus superannuation
- Commission earned on directly managed products and sales accounts
- Override commission earned on sales generated by the two Territory Managers
