Reporting to the Financial Controller of this growing technology infrastructure business, this temporary Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager opportunity will see you join an exciting scale-up during a key period of growth and transformation.

Working within a small, high-performing finance team, this is a broad and hands-on role with responsibility across month-end, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting and financial analysis. You will work closely with the CFO & CEO and wider business, providing strong financial support while helping improve processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, journals and accruals
- Support cash flow, treasury and working capital management
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Prepare management reporting and commentary for the Financial Controller/CFO
- Support tax and compliance requirements, including PAYG
- Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities




- Partner with stakeholders across the business on financial matters
- Support transactions, projects and other commercial initiatives
- Drive improvements across finance processes, controls and reporting
- Provide broader support to the CFO as required

About You

- Degree & CA/CPA qualified
- Strong experience as a Senior Financial Accountant, Finance Manager or similar
- Strong technical accounting and month-end experience
- Comfortable working in a broad, hands-on role within an SME, scale-up or quick-paced environment
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Confident working with financial systems and Excel
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously
- Available to commence at short notice for a temporary assignment
