Electrical Service Technician - Wind Farm O&M; Contracts
$100 per hour flat rate | Casual | 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off | 6-Month Contract

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Service Technicians to join a major wind energy project in Australia on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for electricians looking to work in the renewable energy sector, offering a highly attractive $100 per hour flat-rate casual rate and a balanced 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced wind turbine service team, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repairs across wind turbine assets.

Key responsibilities:

- Electrical servicing and maintenance of wind turbine systems
- Preventative and corrective maintenance
- Electrical testing, fault-finding and diagnostics
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
- Working safely at heights and within turbine environments
- Completing maintenance documentation and reporting




- Working collaboratively with the wider site team

What We're Looking For

- Australian Electrical Licence
- Experience in electrical service, maintenance or industrial environments
- Wind turbine experience highly regarded
- Robust electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Working at Heights and relevant industry tickets highly regarded
- Strong safety focus
- Ability to work effectively on a 2/2 roster
