Collarenebri District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department on a four-week contract from 19 October to 15 November 2026. This is an opportunity to work in a busy ED environment where your clinical expertise and leadership will make a direct impact. The role is based in Collarenebri, NSW, and suits a nurse with solid ED experience who is comfortable working in a charge capacity.

Preferred Requirements

- Minimum two years of experience working in an emergency department
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification




- Demonstrated experience working in a charge or leadership capacity
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support junior staff effectively

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in Emergency Nursing
- Additional certifications in trauma or critical care nursing are advantageous
