Naracoorte Hospital and Community Health Service, located on South Australia's Limestone Coast, is seeking a Registered Nurse with dual registration in midwifery to join its Acute Ward and Maternity team. This is a full-time contract position starting 17 October 2026 for a duration of one to two months. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work across both acute and maternity settings in a regional health service, with on-site accommodation provided to support your stay.

Preferred Requirements

- Current registration as both a Registered Nurse and Midwife with AHPRA




- Demonstrated experience working in acute ward settings
- Demonstrated experience in maternity care and midwifery practice
- Familiarity with Sunrise clinical management system preferred
- Ability to work flexibly across both acute and maternity areas as required

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Midwifery, or equivalent qualifications recognised by AHPRA
- Current immunisations and compliance with health service screening requirements
- Completion of relevant career development in acute care and midwifery practice
