We’re that local (Not-For-Profit) Early Learning Centre (ELC) located on Beaufort Road who’s all about inspiring and nurturing children to become independent little butterflies. And guess what? You’re a big part of how we make this happen.

We’re seeking casual Early Childhood Qualified Educators and Assistant Educators, ready to come onboard and release your early years education passion. But let’s face it, you work to live! What you’ll be doing:

Walking into your Albany ELC, you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our sustainable veggie patch. When the door opens, you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit, catch up with your fabulous colleagues and your special little ones. You’ll be encouraging them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning.



Your Room Leader will work with you to develop individualised programs while maintaining developmental records and keeping parents informed. Then at the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be excellent in this role if you…

- As a Qualified Educator; have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- As an Assistant Educator, have a CERT III in Early Childhood.
- Have an understanding of the National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, the EYLF and the NQF
- Can reflect on your previous experience implementing programs in an Early Learning Centre (or similar)
- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance and Working with Children check
