The Leaders
This role will work closely with the campus recruitment and marketing team, supporting experienced professionals who are passionate about building strong university relationships and delivering engaging talent initiatives.

The Opportunity
The Campus Coordinator will support the successful delivery of campus recruitment activities, events and initiatives, ensuring projects are organised, coordinated and delivered effectively.
This is a full time, on-site role based in Sydney CBD, supporting the campus recruitment and marketing teams to deliver engaging initiatives and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate campus recruitment activities, university partnerships and student engagement initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, trackers and administration to ensure key activities are delivered on schedule.
- Support events including registrations, communications, logistics, suppliers and branded materials.
- Coordinate merchandise, collateral and other campus resources.
- Support social media and digital engagement activity across university communities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, campaign information and reporting data.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support smooth delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create more efficient ways of working.
About You
Our client is looking for an organised,
proactive and enthusiastic coordinator who enjoys managing multiple moving parts and bringing initiatives to life.
This role would suit someone with experience in campus recruitment, events, recruitment coordination, marketing coordination or someone who has been actively involved in university societies, clubs or student-led initiatives.
You may have experience supporting events, managing student communities, coordinating partnerships or bringing people together through university programs. Most importantly, you will be someone who takes initiative, is highly organised and enjoys getting things done.
You will bring:
- Around 1-3 years' experience in a Campus/marketing coordination-focused role, or equivalent experience gained through university, student societies or extracurricular activities.
- Experience running or contributing to a university society, club, committee or campus initiative will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- Energy, curiosity and an interest in engaging with students, graduates and early career talent.
The Process
Following your application, you will be contacted by the Levyl team for an initial discussion. Successful candidates will then progress through up to two rounds of interviews with the client team, including conversations with key members of the campus and marketing teams.
The successful candidate will be available to commence as soon as possible for an initial six-month contract. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Sydney CBD.
