Luxury RV’s is looking for our next Lifestyle Creator - Caravan Adventure Specialist to join the team!

We are one of WA’s largest caravan dealerships and market leader in Australian made premium off-road and touring caravans, plus a fantastic range of quality pre-loved caravans, there’s something for almost every type of adventurer.

No Caravan Sales Experience? That’s OK! You do NOT need previous caravan sales experience to apply. If you’ve got a genuine passion for caravanning, camping, 4WDing, travelling and the outdoor lifestyle, you already have something we are looking for.

We can teach you the product. We can teach you the industry. What we’re looking for is the right attitude, personality, work ethic and passion for the lifestyle.

You’ll be helping customers turn their “one day” travel dreams into reality.

From the first “just having a look” to handing over the keys to their new home on wheels, you’ll be there to guide them through the journey.

Your day could include:

- Meeting customers and discovering what their dream adventure looks like
- Matching customers with the right caravan for their lifestyle, needs and budget
- Showing off the features, layouts and details that make our caravans stand out
- Taking customers through our premium brands
- Preparing personalised caravan specifications and quotes
- Following up enquiries and building your own pipeline of customers
- Negotiating, overcoming objections and closing the deal




- Working alongside an energetic sales team to meet dealership targets
- Option of getting out and about at caravan shows across WA

We’re looking for someone who is:

? Naturally confident - you enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid to start a conversation.

? A people person - you know how to build genuine relationships and make customers feel comfortable.

? Driven - you want to achieve goals, win business and be rewarded for your success.

? A problem solver - you listen to what customers need and find the right solution.

? Great at following up - because in sales, the fortune is often in the follow-up!

Work Hours
This is a full time position (Monday – Saturday with a regular rostered day off during the week)

Get out of the dealership and represent our brands at caravan shows and events across WA with the option to attend shows in other states.
