The Leaders
Reporting to the Head of People, this role will sit within a collaborative People function focused on improving the employee experience and strengthening the foundations that support a growing workforce.
The leadership team values curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement, and is looking for someone who can independently explore opportunities, solve problems and drive better utilisation of people systems.
The Opportunity
This role will play a key part in maximising the value of HR systems by improving functionality, supporting users and enabling better people processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of HR systems administration, ensuring systems are effectively utilised, accurate and aligned to business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR system functionality, workflows and automation across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain reports, extract people data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders navigating HR systems and processes.
- Maintain high-quality employee records and data integrity across people platforms.
- Support broader People operations including employee lifecycle administration, documentation and process improvements.
- Partner with the People team to continuously improve systems, processes and user experience.
About You
You will be a systems-minded People professional who enjoys understanding technology, improving processes and helping others get the most value from HR platforms.
You may come from an HR systems, People Operations or HR administration background, with experience supporting HR technology and improving the way systems are used.
You will bring:
- Experience supporting HR systems, HRIS administration or people technology initiatives.
- Openness to working across different HRIS platforms and technology solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Confidence navigating systems, running reports and working with people data.
- A proactive mindset with the curiosity to investigate issues and identify solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- The ability to build relationships across corporate and operational teams.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A practical approach with the confidence to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
The Process
The recruitment process will include an initial conversation with a Levyl Consultant, followed by a two-stage interview process with the Head of HR
and a second interview with another senior stakeholder within the organisation.
