About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Lead and deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Create engaging learning environments that inspire children's curiosity, creativity and confidence
- Build solid relationships with children, families and the broader community
- Design, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to each child's interests, strengths and developmental needs
- Mentor and support educators within the learning environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the service
- Support the centre in achieving and maintaining excellence against the National Quality Standards

About You

You'll bring:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
- A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain




- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Passion, creativity and enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families and educators
