A brand-new lifestyle fashion store is coming to Green Hills, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who wants more than simply being the person who covers the Store Manager's days off.

You’ll be a genuine 2IC and leadership partner, helping launch the store, build the team, and create the culture from the very beginning.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working closely with your Store Manager, you’ll help drive the day-to-day success of the business while being highly visible on the shop floor.
Expect to be involved in:

- Coaching and motivating the team
- Driving sales, conversion and store KPIs
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Leading the floor and setting the pace
- Supporting visual merchandising and product presentation
- Managing stock and operational standards
- Helping create a positive, accountable team culture
- Stepping up and taking ownership when the Store Manager isn't there
- Supporting the launch and ongoing growth of this exciting new location

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF...



You’re currently an Assistant Store Manager, 2IC, Department Manager or experienced retail supervisor who is ready for your next challenge.

You’ll bring:

- Previous retail leadership experience
- A genuine interest in fashion, streetwear or lifestyle retail
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidence working with sales targets and KPIs
- The ability to coach and motivate others
- Strong visual and merchandising instincts
- Great communication and organisation
- The confidence to make decisions and lead from the front
