Our client is a highly regarded boutique agency in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its growing team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a quality residential portfolio while having the support you need to do your job properly — including a dedicated Leasing Consultant and Accounts team.

Your Role:

- Landlord and tenant relationships
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Maintenance and trades
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears and tenancy matters
- Compliance with NSW legislation
- Delivering exceptional client service
- Identifying opportunities for new business and rent roll growth

What We’re Looking For:

- Has managed your own residential portfolio
- Holds a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Has strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Is highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused




- Builds strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Can work autonomously while being part of a close-knit team
