ROLE SUMMARY

The main responsibilities for the Gardener/Soft Landscaper/Grounds Person will be completing general grounds maintenance for landscape projects with duties including but not limited to:

- weeding, mulching, planting and general maintenance,

- mowing and whipper snipping,

- planting and staking trees

- assisting with watering schedules as required,

- work as part of a team and take direction,

- litter collection,

- any other landscape maintenance duties as required,

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Excellent communication skills,

- Ability to perform all assigned tasks and meet deadlines,

- Be physically fit and able to conduct manual tasks,

- Motivated and self-driven,

- Valid Victorian drivers licence - ideally able to drive a manual car,

- Proactive and reliable,

- Must be able to tow a water cart/trailer,

- Knowledge and experience with gardening and maintenance,

- White Card essential,

- MR/HR Licence highly regarded.
