PERSOL is partnering with a growing accounting practice to recruit an experienced Senior Client Services Officer to join their team.

This is a key support role working closely with accountants, bookkeepers and clients to ensure a seamless client experience and the smooth delivery of compliance and administrative services.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a professional accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes

- Coordinate ASIC and corporate compliance administration
- Liaise with the ATO regarding payment plans, remissions and client matters
- Provide high-level client service and administrative support
- Assist accountants and bookkeepers with day-to-day administration
- Manage corporate secretarial requirements and compliance processes
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure deadlines are met

About You

You will bring previous experience in a client services,



administration or practice support role within an accounting environment, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

You will ideally have:

- Experience working within an accounting or professional services practice
- Strong client service and administration skills
- Experience with Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
- Experience with CAS 360 and ASIC compliance
- Confidence liaising with the ATO and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously while supporting a broader team
