Food Process Workers - Night Shift

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and experienced Food Process Workers to join our fast-paced production team for night shift work.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. If you have experience in food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or a related production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handling raw and finished food products on a fast-paced production line
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Following strict food safety and hygiene standards, including GMP/HACCP
- Performing manual handling and lifting bags weighing 10-25 kg with assistance
- Working in cold and refrigerated environments
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Following workplace health, safety, and quality procedures at all times

What You'll Need

- Full working rights in Australia




- Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment
- Availability to work 5-7 shifts per week on a long-term basis
- Flexibility and willingness to complete training on the afternoon shift before commencing night shift
- Physically fit and comfortable working in cold conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Own transport preferred
- Knowledge of GMP or HACCP is an advantage, although training can be provided
