About The Role

We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team servicing residential and commercial strata properties across Sydney.

You’ll be the face of Glenco on site — professional, reliable,



and confident working autonomously in high-density environments.

This is hands-on service work — real fault finding, real problem solving, and real client interaction. If you take pride in your work and know how to deal with people, you’ll fit in well here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Service and maintenance across residential and commercial strata
• Main switchboard upgrades for residential unit blocks
• EV infrastructure installations (residential & commercial)
• Fault-finding across power, lighting, RCDs, and building systems
• Liaising with building managers, strata committees, and tenants
• Completing job reports via SimPro (mobile platform)
• Working to AS/NZS 3000 and relevant standards

What We Need From You

• NSW Electrical Licence (Supervisor or Contractor) — essential
• Valid White Card
• Strong service and maintenance experience
• Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good communication — client-facing role
• Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• Own tools
