The organisation is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Nurse Unit Manager to help oversee a small but busy Acute and Urgent Care service comprising 2 Urgent Care beds and 12 Acute beds. The organisation operates across five campuses in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires in North Western Victoria, delivering high-quality acute care, urgent care, aged care, community health and allied health services. This position is based at the Saint Arnaud campus.

This role offers an excellent career development pathway for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to advance into a leadership position while contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The ANUM plays a key leadership role within the nursing team, providing care to a diverse patient population. In this position, you will support the delivery of protected, efficient,



and high-quality patient care while promoting positive health outcomes and enhancing the overall patient experience.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage clinical teams
- Experience developing rosters and coordinating workforce requirements
- Acute/Urgent care experience
- ALS
