We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Electrician to join our growing workshop team. While heavy vehicle experience is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from Auto Electricians looking to expand their skills and build a career in the heavy vehicle collision repair industry.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, fault-find and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Complete electrical repairs and associated work to a high standard.
- Deliver quality workmanship in line with repair requirements and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team while confidently managing tasks independently.
- Follow workplace procedures, safety requirements and WHS standards at all times.
About you
- Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience working with heavy vehicles, machinery or fleet equipment is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and troubleshooting skills across electrical systems.
- An automotive air-conditioning licence is preferred, though not essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Commitment to workplace policies, procedures and WHS requirements.
- Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
