The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and support junior staff within the accounting team.

• Apply your technical knowledge to ensure all accounting practices meet AASB standards, tax laws, and relevant regulations.

• Provide hands-on support with technical accounting and compliance matters.

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports.

• Work closely with colleagues across financial planning, lending, and client services to deliver holistic solutions.





• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and directly implement improvements.

• Balance independent work with active contribution as part of a seven-person accounting team.

About You

You will be a driven, detail-oriented qualified who brings:

· At least 5 years’ post-CA/CPA qualified experience.

· Sound knowledge of AASB, tax legislation, and regulatory frameworks.

· Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff.

· Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

· A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a rapidly expanding business.
