As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Group General Sales Manager to join our executive leadership team.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, conversion, retention, referrals and cross-divisional growth across the Group.

You will lead and influence multiple teams including Lead Generation, Call Centre, Customer Care and Direct Sales while partnering with divisional leaders to strengthen sales outcomes across all business units.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and has a proven ability to build high-performing sales cultures within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Group's sales growth strategy.

- Lead and optimise performance across Lead Generation, Call Centre and Customer Care teams.

- Drive improvements in lead conversion, client retention and referral activity.

- Partner with divisional managers to increase sales performance across finance, accounting, financial planning and property.

- Create and implement cross-sell strategies that increase client engagement across multiple service offerings.

- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns and customer journeys.





- Further develop and enhance the IQ Blueprint, IQ Pathway and IQ Smart Start programs.

- Establish meaningful sales metrics, accountability frameworks and performance reporting.

- Coach, mentor and develop sales leaders and team members.

- Ensure all sales activities operate within compliance and regulatory requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Significant senior sales leadership experience within finance, property, financial services or a related industry.

- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations across finance, accounting, property and financial planning environments.

- Proven success leading multi-channel sales, lead generation and customer service teams.

- Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates, referral generation and client retention.

- Experience developing sales processes, customer journeys and high-performing sales cultures.

- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
