About the Company
Our client manages a network of three bustling clinics situated in St Kilda, Brighton East, and Cheltenham. Renowned for their holistic and patient-centred care, these clinics serve a diverse patient base, including NDIS participants, private clients, and Medicare beneficiaries, across all age ranges. Currently staffed by a team of three dedicated physiotherapists, they are looking to grow their team to four or five professionals. Each clinic is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, such as fully functional gyms and Pilates studios, designed to enhance the quality and scope of patient treatment.
About the Position
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapist seeking career advancement. The successful candidate will step into a role previously held by a sports physiotherapist, managing a diverse caseload and building strong patient relationships. You will have the flexibility to work across all three clinic locations and choose your working hours, allowing for a balanced and fulfilling professional life. With a robust influx of recent patients weekly, you will have ample opportunity to grow your caseload and income, paving the way for career progression within the clinics. On Offer
- Competitive Commission Structure: Earn 35% of revenue for the first six months, increasing to 40% thereafter.
- Guaranteed Income Support: A $500 per week supplement during a two-week induction period, in addition to earnings from patient consultations.
- Flexible Working Hours: Options to work from Monday to Saturday with flexible hours across St Kilda, Brighton East,
and Cheltenham clinics.

Key Requirements
- AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in Sports physiotherapy
- 2+ years of physiotherapy experience in Australia
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a willingness to engage in professional development.
