About the Role
As a Wellbeing Guide, you'll work alongside individuals to identify goals, build social connections, access community supports, and improve overall wellbeing. Using a strengths-based and person-centred approach, you'll help people navigate services and achieve meaningful outcomes that enhance their quality of life.
About You
We're looking for a Social Worker who:
- Holds a recognised qualification in Social Work
- Is eligible or holds membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Is passionate about community wellbeing and social connection
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrates a commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice
- Enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, communities and service providers
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
