Our client is a well-established transport and logistics operator seeking an experienced Operations Superintendent to lead a critical operation based at Perth Airport. This is a senior leadership role responsible for keeping people, equipment and freight moving safely, efficiently and on schedule.
You'll inherit an experienced team and play a key role in driving operational performance, building capability within frontline leadership, and creating a culture that values safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
This role suits an operational leader who enjoys being close to the action. You'll be responsible for coordinating resources, supporting frontline leaders, managing day-to-day operational challenges and ensuring the business consistently delivers for its customers.

About You
We're keen to speak with people who have:





- Significant leadership experience within transport, logistics, freight, warehousing or heavy operational environments
- A strong understanding of safety, fatigue management and operational compliance
- Experience managing supervisors and leading large operational teams
- The ability to analyse performance, solve problems and improve operational outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple departments
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style that earns respect on the ground
- Current C Class Driver's Licence

Additional licences and experience in areas such as forklift operations, load restraint or transport compliance will be highly regarded.
