The Bungalow Hotel is currently seeking a Night Duty Managers for full-time positions in the Cairns, Far North Queensland, at a well-established venue. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Hospitality Management.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality management experience.

This position starts as a casual for training in Night Manager Duties and other venue area and leads to a full time Position

Candidates must be available for, night shifts, weekends, and the odd day shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily operations and ensuring seamless functionality between the beverage and gaming areas to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have at least 1+ years of gaming operations experience to effectively manage gaming area responsibilities.

As a Duty Manager, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:





- Leadership capabilities with a strong focus on hospitality and people management

- Comprehensive knowledge of venue compliance, regulations, and operations

- Training, motivating, and ongoing development of staff

- Managing the venue's appearance and atmosphere

- Balancing of daily taking and data entry

- Closing the venue in a secure matter

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

- Versatile availability, including day, night, weekends, and public holidays

- Experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry

- Reliable transportation

- Time management, problem solving, and attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong organizational, motivational, and conflict resolution abilities

- RSA, RSG, and TAB certificates must be held at the time of application.

- RMLV and Approved Manager's License
