Autodrive is currently looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, providing high-quality mechanical servicing, diagnostics and repairs while delivering excellent customer service. We’d love to hear from you.

The role offers:

- Full-time employment, Monday to Friday

- Mobile servicing across Melbourne’s western and surrounding suburbs

- Fully equipped mobile vehicle supplied for work-related use

Position Description

- Perform inspections, diagnostics and troubleshooting on all makes and models

- Carry out vehicle repairs, servicing and maintenance

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all work performed

- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members





- Keep the company vehicle and tools organised and safe at all times

- Comply with all company procedures, including OH&S; requirements and safe work practices

Skills & Experience

- Qualified Motor Mechanic / Technician, preferably with experience across all makes and models

- Full Australian Trade Qualification as a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician

- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Valid and current Victorian driver’s licence, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles

- Own tools suitable for servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles (specialised and job-specific tools will be supplied)

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Reliable, punctual and qualified

- Applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
