We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking LO (Order Picker) Forklift Operators to join our client's team in Tullamarine. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current LO Forklift Licence with proven, verifiable operating experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- A strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS) and safe work practices.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance with the ability to commit to ongoing full-time hours.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable transport.
- The physical capability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Full Australian work rights, with availability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week.





Key Responsibilities : Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Safely operate LO (Order Pickers)
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch using RF scanners.
- Complete order picking, stock replenishment, put-aways, and inventory movements.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product standards.
- Assist with manual handling and general warehouse duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and KPI targets while maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
