Ever wondered who ensures the signage at major exhibitions, conferences and events across Sydney looks its best?

Harry the Hirer has been the trusted name in event equipment and signage solutions for over 40 years, and we're looking for a Signage Coordinator to join our Panels Team at our Rosehill warehouse.

This is a hands-on, full-time role at the centre of the action — no two days look the same, and the work you do directly shapes how our clients' events come together.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming signage from internal and external suppliers

- Picking, packing, and dispatching signage and company products for exhibitions and events

- Keeping the signage storage area organised, efficient, and running like clockwork

- Working closely with sales and operations to make sure everything arrives on time, every time

- Being the reliable, friendly face our internal teams and external partners can count on

What we're looking for





- 1-2 years' experience in a storeman/packer role — signage or events industry experience is a big plus

- Someone organised, methodical, and cool under pressure when deadlines are tight

- Comfortable with computers and everyday systems

- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude

- A current Australian driver's licence (you'll be picking up signage from our contractors)

- A forklift licence is highly regarded (but not essential — we can support the right candidate)

- Reasonable physical fitness for lifting and moving signage materials

- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including some weekends and night shifts, when major events demand it
