This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established Strategy & Finance function, supporting important financial planning, commercial and strategic decision making across a large and complex organisation.

This is a hands on Finance Business Partner / FP&A; Analyst position where you'll support core financial planning and analysis activities, working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights, modelling and commercial analysis. You'll contribute to business planning, forecasting, pricing review and financial modelling, while helping leaders understand financial performance, risks, opportunities and the commercial implications of key business decisions.

This position offers a 12 month contract, with options to extend, as there is ongoing strategic programs until 2035!

This is an hourly rate based position offering excellent remuneration, and the security of stable contract employment within a highly regarded organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver financial analysis, commercial insights and strategic advice that supports informed business decision making.
- Support financial planning, forecasting and budgeting, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities and emerging financial trends.
- Undertake financial modelling,



scenario analysis and pricing review, providing clear recommendations and insights to support business strategy.
- Provide financial and commercial support across strategic programs, business initiatives and projects, assessing financial impacts and supporting successful delivery.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, translating complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A;, modelling, reporting and planning processes, improving financial visibility and decision support across the organisation.

Skills and Experience for Optimal Success and Performance:

- Demonstrated experience as a Finance Business Partner, FP&A; Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar commercially focused finance position.
- Strong experience across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to business partner with senior stakeholders, providing commercial advice and translating financial information into meaningful business insights.
- Experience supporting business strategy, programs, projects, pricing or significant commercial initiatives, with the ability to assess financial impacts and opportunities.
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling and analytical capability,



with confidence working across complex financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, with ideally CA or CPA.
