We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up, lead from the front and shape the success of our newest Melbourne venue!

You’ll be right in the action, partnering with the Venue Manager to build an incredible team from day one. Lead the floor with confidence and set the tone for the exceptional guest experiences we're known for.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead from the front and deliver Yo-Chi's signature guest experience.
- Partner with the Venue Manager to drive daily operations and venue performance.
- Train, coach and inspire a high performing, engaged team.
- Build culture and drive a positive, inclusive and values led environment.
- Support commercial performance across KPIs including labour, sales and COGS.
- Own the shift including rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling and daily administration.
- Drive team development by championing training, coaching and career progression.




- Set the standard for food safety, cleanliness and venue presentation.
- Bring the energy and create an environment where both guests and team love to be.

Who we’re looking for:

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded).
- A passion for building team culture and developing people.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen.
- Confidence working in fast paced environments.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a hands on approach.
- A genuine love for guest experience.
- Motivation to grow your career with an expanding brand.
- Someone who thrives in a high energy environment.
