The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Service Team as an Export Coordinator. In this role you will play a key role in delivering a seamless export experience for our global customers. Working closely with our Sales and Supply Chain teams, you will work in our end-to-end export logistics, documentation, and shipment coordinator to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with international trade requirements. This role also supports the customer service team with administrative priorities and will be instrumental in implementing a new system to drive our export business more efficiently.

The majority of the time you will be coordinating exports, and other days you will be addressing process efficiencies, supporting customer service and other admin duties as required. While we are a small team,



the focus is large and our experience takes us all across many facets of the business.

Responsibilities include working with internal Sales and Procurement includes:

- Coordinate end-to-end export order fulfillment, including loadouts, transport bookings and scheduling.
- Manage export logistics across sites, carriers, cold storage, and customers.
- Track and monitor shipments, manage delays, disruptions and exceptions.
- Support the Export Manager and Sales Manager as required.
- Raise invoices, payment process and release shipments in line with commercial terms and audit requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service (both internal and external) by responding to enquiries, and resolve shipping and trading issues.
- Communicate supply or delivery changes to key stakeholders and support the appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drive cost effective logistic outcomes while balancing customer and commercial needs.
- Contribute and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining compliance with export requirements.
- Coordinate supplier invoices, remittance advises, CHEP support, approvals, Pos and receipting.
- Coordinate movement records and sales reports and any AP and QA support as required.

About You

- Experience in a customer facing, logistics, export or supply chain role, within the food industry preferred.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade requirements
- Solid demonstrated experience in administrative and systems driven tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with some level of autonomy
- A proactive solutions focused approach to your work.
- Ability to manage complex tasks in a fast moving business

Not Negotiable Must Haves

- A min of 3 years in an export, logistics or supply chain role
- You must possess the right to live and work in Australia
- The successful applicant will be required to complete our pre-employment assessments including Police Check and Medical.
