Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Data Architect to work across a high profile transformation project. The role will see the implementation of a modern data platform and map the target state architecture for the future of the business as it transforms.
This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements
- Financial services sector experience, ideally within claims, insurance, banking, or related transformation programs.
- Experience defining target-state and transition-state data architectures for complex transformation programs.
- Strong experience designing target-state and transition-state data flows across business services and technology platforms.
- Experience with master data and reference data management, including identifying impacts and dependencies across business services.
- Experience contributing to end-to-end solution design from a data perspective, including data migration considerations.
- Solid understanding of data modelling and information architecture within enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting data governance, data quality, and architecture assurance activities across transformation programs.
