About the role

Prydes Support is expanding and looking for passionate and dedicated support workers. At Prydes Support, we believe in community, trust, and inclusion. Various positions available throughout South East Qld, especially the following suburbs: Beaudesert, Bellbird Park, Waterford, Chermside, Deception Bay, Ipswich and others.

Inactive sleepovers required in Bellbird Park, Waterford and Holland Park West.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with daily personal care routines

- Support for shopping, meal prep, and community access

- Accompanying clients to medical and other essential appointments

- Promoting independence and person-centred care

About you

- Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)

- Experience in the disability sector (preferred)





- Completion of the NDIS Modules

- Valid Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, CPR/First Aid, and Police Check

- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- Confident working both independently and within a team

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Energetic, friendly, and open-minded

- Supportive of diversity and inclusive
