We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Flight Club Perth. What You'll Be Doing

- Coaching, mentoring and developing supervisors and front-of-house team members to build a high-performing, engaged and accountable team.

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining outstanding service standards and confidently resolving guest feedback.

- Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and company policies and procedures.

- Leading the daily operation of the venue, ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently and consistently across the floor, bar and oches.

- Leading by example with professionalism, energy, accountability and a hands-on approach to venue leadership.

- Maintaining exceptional venue presentation, cleanliness and operational standards throughout every service.

- Managing reservations, floor plans, bookings and service flow to maximise the guest experience and operational efficiency.

- Monitoring labour costs, sales performance and operational efficiencies to achieve commercial and financial objectives.

- Preparing and managing team rosters in line with business demands, productivity targets and labour budgets.

- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and leadership team to deliver outstanding food, beverage, darts and hospitality experiences.

- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing hospitality teams while creating a positive and accountable workplace culture.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships with guests, team members and fellow leaders.

- High attention to detail with a passion for delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences.

- Proven experience managing labour costs, rosters, productivity targets and the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume venue.

- Robust commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, sales and profitability.

- Confidence making decisions under pressure while remaining calm, professional and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands.

- A thorough understanding of food safety, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety legislation.

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

- Approved Manager Certification, or willingness to obtain.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- A genuine passion for hospitality, leadership and developing people, with the drive to contribute to the ongoing success of Flight Club Perth.
