Perth Racing is seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our casual Food & Beverage team at Ascot Racecourse and Belmont Park Racecourse.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment across premium dining, corporate functions, retail outlets and major race day events. Our busiest period is the Ascot Racing Carnival, where you’ll help deliver exceptional food experiences at one of Perth’s most iconic sporting and entertainment venues.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience as a Senior Chef, Chef de Partie or Cook with hands on experience.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Experience working in high-volume kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.




- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively within a team.
- Availability for Saturdays and major race day events throughout the racing season.
