We're one of Australia's fastest growing Invisalign focused practices, using the latest AI technology and backed by experienced dentists with more than 25 years of clinical expertise. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, people focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

No dental experience? That's absolutely fine.

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, reception, beauty, fitness, airlines or any customer facing role and genuinely love helping people, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

This role is all about people.

You'll welcome recent patients, guide them through their Invisalign journey, answer questions, build trust and help them feel excited about transforming their smile.

You'll work closely with our clinicians and experienced team, learning everything you need to become an outstanding Treatment Coordinator.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming new Invisalign patients

- Guiding patients through their consultation journey

- Explaining treatment and payment options

- Following up with patients after consultations

- Working alongside our clinicians and support team

- Helping create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
