About the role

Terrace Boating & Leisure Centre is seeking a capable and dependable Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our business. This diverse position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate information across customers, suppliers, management and our internal departments.

Key responsibilities

- Providing professional and welcoming customer service by telephone, email and in person

- Managing correspondence, documents, filing and general office administration

- Maintaining accurate customer, supplier and operational records

- Coordinating appointments, meetings, calendars and internal reminders

- Preparing and processing forms, invoices, purchase documentation and reports

- Monitoring outstanding information and following up the appropriate people

- Assisting with data entry, reconciliation and record-checking activities

- Supporting management and other departments with administrative requirements

- Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately

- Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems

About you

- Have previous experience in an administration, office-support or coordination role

- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally

- Have exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy

- Be organised, methodical and dependable





- Prioritise completing tasks and consistently meet deadlines

- Take personal responsibility and follow tasks through without repeated reminders

- Be confident using Microsoft Office and learning business-management systems

- Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, managers and team members

- Identify missing or incorrect information and resolve it proactively

- Demonstrate discretion when managing confidential information
