The role

EIM is looking for an experienced Instrumentation Trainer who can deliver high‑quality training and assessment, mainly from our Gold Coast campus, with routine monthly travel to Brisbane, Gladstone and Cairns. You'll support students through practical and classroom learning, maintain records, and help improve course resources.

What you must have

- Instrumentation qualifications, either UEE40420 Certificate IV in Electrical - Instrumentation, UEE31211Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control or higher.

- Restricted or full electrical licence

- TAE40122/equivalent or willingness to obtain it (support available for the right candidate)

- Confidence to travel regularly across QLD, with Gold Coast as main base





- Strong industry knowledge and a transparent commitment to student success and compliance

- Minimum 1-2 years of instrumentation industry experience

- Valid Australian work rights

What you'll do

- Deliver face‑to‑face and/or blended Instrumentation training and assessment

- Conduct practical assessments, mentor students, and track progression

- Collaborate on continuous improvement of learning materials

- Travel monthly to other campuses as scheduled
