What You’ll Do

You will:

- Lead and support our café, bar and restaurant floor teams to deliver smooth, efficient service.

- Coordinate daily service, including team duties, bookings, functions and operational priorities.

- Coach and train team members, providing hands-on guidance and support during busy periods.

- Create exceptional guest experiences, resolving enquiries and maintaining high service standards.

- Maintain high standards across presentation, food safety, RSA, workplace safety and venue procedures.

About You

You’re a people person and natural team player who loves hospitality and knows how to keep things moving when service gets busy.

You might already be a Team Leader or Shift Leader,



or perhaps you’re an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant who is ready to take that next step into leadership.

You will bring:

- Experienced in restaurant, café, bar or similar hospitality environments, with strong front-of-house skills.

- A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys supporting, coaching and bringing out the best in others.

- Friendly and guest-focused, with great communication and customer service skills.

- Calm, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to keep things moving during busy services.

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a current RSA.

- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

Barista, bar, POS and multi-outlet experience would be a bonus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and passion for creating great guest experiences.
