About the Role

Clarity Partners is urgently looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to join a growing ASX-listed gold producer with operations and development projects across Western Australia’s Goldfields.

You will take ownership of the civil scope, working alongside the mining engineering team and reporting directly to the site lead. It's a hands-on role combining design work with time in the field.

What You’ll Do

- Design roads and infrastructure pads that account for flood events.
- Design creek diversion drains and sediment ponds.
- Complete the civil design and specifications for gas pipeline crossings.
- Specify concrete stabilisation works.
- Prepare civil drawings, design files, specifications and supporting documentation.
- Incorporate hydrology and flood modelling inputs from external engineering consultants into designs.
- Provide civil technical input to the mining team and site leadership.
- Monitor construction progress in the field against design and resolve issues on site.





About You

- Available for FIFO, 12-hour shifts and an ASAP start.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated civil design experience, specifically road design and drainage or flood management.
- Experience preparing engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in 12d Model, Civil 3D or similar civil design software.
- Current driver's licence.

Highly regarded

- Project management or construction supervision experience.
- Mining, resources or remote-site experience.
- Experience with pipeline crossings, earthworks, or erosion and sediment control design.
