About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hands-on Plant Operator/Labourer to join our Special Projects construction team and provide practical support across high-end residential properties.

This is a diverse role that goes well beyond general labouring and plant operating. Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll be trusted to work autonomously, keep sites and materials organised, coordinate deliveries and freight, run errands and provide practical support to the construction team to keep projects moving.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is trustworthy, reliable and takes pride in their work
- Works well independently and can be relied upon to get the job done
- Has a hands-on approach and is happy to get stuck in
- Can manage a varied workload and use initiative without needing constant direction
- Understands the importance of working respectfully and professionally in high-end private homes
- Takes care of company equipment, materials, vehicles and client properties
- Is comfortable undertaking both physical labouring and logistical tasks
- Has good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Essential Requirements:

To be successful, you will need to hold the following





- Current Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- Skid Steer Ticket
- Telehandler ticket/licence
- Forklift Licence
- Willing to undertake a National Police Check
